If you feel stuck and anchored by trauma or simply ready for the next step in your healing please join us for a life-changing experience! The experiential trauma healing process developed by Judy Cranes will help you to look inside, resolve your past and create the space necessary to face all the challenges life has to offer.
The process will include the following holistic and experiential principles: Mindfulness, Breath-work, Somatic Experiencing, Meditation, Yoga, Group process and more.

New Beginning Intensive Workshops: Mother-Enmeshed Men
Workshops are scheduled twice a year in SPRING and FALL, in Clarkston, Michigan
- Identify the trapping of enmeshment
- Understand the impact of enmeshment on their erotic template
- Cope with underlying anger and quilt
- Develop strategies to help them to break free from inappropriate loyalties and learn to live within healthy commitments
