While we missed those who couldn't join us (you know who you are! 💕), we felt your presence in spirit. As therapists, we know firsthand that the holiday season can bring both joy and challenges. Some of us are navigating full schedules, others are supporting loved ones through transitions, and some are taking much-needed time for self-care. And you know what? That's exactly how life works - we're all human, all doing our best.
