Orlando Addictions Counseling | Meet Jenna
I have worked as a counselor for 8 years, focusing on providing a compassionate, loving, and caring approach to help my clients see their true potential.
Life Experience & Approach
Through my own recovery, I have seen how significant the effects of trauma are.
I help others find a different path to self-awareness and love. Individuals growing up in a traumatic environment often have an altered view of themselves and the world that directly impacts their life choices.
People escape themselves through drugs, food addiction, self-mutilation, and broken relationships. Being able to love yourself for who you are is the first step to making healthy decisions that lead to lasting change.
Unresolved trauma can significantly affect people’s choices and how they view themselves. My approach to the healing process begins with uncovering people’s core beliefs that led to their addictions

Education & Experience
I attended Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Genocide Studies, and pursued a Master’s in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Through my study of these subjects, I cultivated a deep passion to guide people in truly understanding themselves.
I want to help others recognize how their behaviors are the result of the lasting impact of trauma. My education further ignited my desire to give help and hope to those in need.
Lastly, I am a Certified Addictions Professional as well as a Certified Trauma Therapist.
