“Jenna spoke to me as if I was human. I wasn’t just ‘another client.’ She spoke to me with respect and care. The therapy I received from Jenna was aimed at opening up my past and the memories of my childhood and exposing them for what they were. … She gave me self esteem and self worth. Jenna gave me hope and showed me I wasn’t alone and helped me to not feel ashamed of the things I had to do and the things that happened to me.
I would absolutely recommend anyone who suffers from trauma to sit down and work through it with Jenna. She has the tools to help you fight for happiness. I knew I wasn’t just another number or client with her. I felt cared for. I felt safe. I owe so much to Jenna. Out of the 50+ therapists and counselors I have had, Jenna was by far the most successful with me. She helped me understand why I used. She helped me expose that and fight it and then accept it. Now I live happy. It’s really that simple. My life today is ideal and I owe it to the care I received. I am now almost 4 years sober. Life is pretty great today. ” -M.M
